I have been with fnp markets for 5+ years now and I can confidently answer any questions newcomers might have:
– Yes, they have a Chat customer service, Monday to Friday in many languages. Also if requested , you will also get a personal adviser who you can reach at any moment.
– They are not the cheapest broker speaking about fees, they are not that expensive either. However the strength of FNP is in its Arbitrage and Auto trading services. If you feel you are a pro and want to invest by yourself, just find another broker.
– I never had any issue in five years with my deposits or withdrawals, it can take a 3 days or so for withdrawing your funds. If you have any issue, maybe you used a credit card from another person or didn´t uploaded properly the documents.
– Sometimes fnpmarkets block the option to trade some awful stocks because they become hyper-volatile and are low in liquidity. If you understand the meaning of that, you would understand why they protect from yourself. They don´t do that because they like you, they do that because the law force them. That is, every regulated broker do the same.
I have account with FNP and happy with the quality of good service I am getting. All orders big and small instantly filled ,I make withdrawal 2 times to my visa card with no problem.

I guess that if this company has many payment systems so they have good relationship with the other companies and they are reliable.
Sure I was surprised about the low spread and high speed order execution when I started to trade.
My account now has 15% profit form the deposit, and I feel comfortable trading here and I am not going to change the broker now.

I have been using FNP markets for a long time and had no serious issues with them, compared to other that i have used from time to time, FNP Markets have been the best and reliable broker, cause it has a minimum balance opening of 250$ and their spreads are lower with good execution speed, above all the important was customer support team, they have really good team cause it was to the point and solve the issue with matter of minutes.

I have been working with FNP market for a year already. From the beginning, I was worried a bit, as they are from Austria and I am from Canada, but as experience shows, the country of registration does not mean a lot and that they are honest with clients. To cut it short, I decided to join European Company. After almost a year, I can truly say that slippages – of course, seldom happen, but execution on MT4 is fast, but in high – volume session it could be a little bit slow. Meanwhile, I have never seen the situation which my broker has not resolved. I am fairly satisfied with profits and withdrawals are executed astonishingly rapildy. Their support also works pretty fast.
So far, it all has been positive for me with them. They are honest company and have excellent staff. Their promotions are also great. They are offering lowest spreads now more than any other broker and also give me bonus into my trading account when i put money last week.
I would recomment them to anyone. Their backstory also gives them a great credit. They were private brokerage for banks and now they are huge trading company for individual traders as well. They have very good reputation in the banking world as well.
